Multi-Agent Systems (Swarms)
Instead of building one giant AI trying to do everything, the future of work is a team of agents. A Multi-Agent System (or swarm) splits complex work among specialized AI roles—like a "Manager" agent delegating tasks to a "Researcher" agent and a "Coder" agent. Each has a narrow job and they talk to each other.
This mirrors human corporate structure. If an agent tries to be a researcher, writer, and editor all at once, it loses focus (context window limits, A4) and fails. If you explicitly wire an "Editor" agent to review the "Writer" agent's output before passing it to the "Manager," quality skyrockets. Tools like CrewAI and AutoGen exist specifically to build these digital coworker teams.
Think about your internal tools (like Cowork or Clawbot). Sketch a 3-agent team for a real Kasper workflow. For example: a 'Scraping Agent' pulls data from a URL, hands it to a 'Validation Agent' to check for missing fields, which then hands it to a 'Formatting Agent' to output pure JSON. How does the Manager Agent verify the final work before a human ever sees it?
Why split work across a team of specialized agents instead of one agent doing everything?
